We hope you have had a great start to the new year!
Amidst the bleak mid-winter weather and widespread sickness of the past few weeks, we’ve been looking forward to this summer, when we can get back outside to enjoy some fresh sunshine and delicious produce (those endless tomatoes are sounding so good right now!).
We hope you’ll consider signing back up for the garden this year. The growing season will run March through November, as it did last year. 12 gardening groups have already expressed interest to return in 2013. The plan at this point is to make the other 12 plots available for new gardening groups (we plan to add 4 more plots in the partner plot area).
If you want to return to the garden you must fill out the following form(s) BY March 1 in order to receive the new combination code. The sooner you fill out the form, the sooner you will be able to get into the garden and receive updates about upcoming news and events.
Each person in your gardening group must fill out their own electronic release form for the 2013 season.

In addition, since we have up to 12 plots available this year, we are asking for your help to recruit new gardeners, especially non-JHU affiliated groups. We will again try to continue the partner plot program, so JHU groups that no longer have a community group partner can be paired up with a new group.
